1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the Services provided by Mobile Visions Technologies (“Mobile Visions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Services Description

Mobile Visions offers mobile security camera trailers and associated monitoring, maintenance and installation services. The scope, pricing and other details will be set forth in a separate Service Agreement or order form.

3. User Obligations

When you use our Services or Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not misuse the Services (including not attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering or misappropriation).
• Maintain the security of your account, equipment and access credentials (if applicable).
• Pay all fees associated with the Services (see Section 5).

4. Fees, Billing & Payment

You agree to pay the fees for Services as described in the Service Agreement or order form. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within [e.g., 30] days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of Services. All fees are non‑refundable unless expressly stated.

5. Term, Termination & Suspension

All content on the Site, and all trademarks, logos, designs, software and documentation related to the Services, are the property of Mobile Visions or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works of our intellectual property without express written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• DISCLAIMER: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and Mobile Visions disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement and uninterrupted operation.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Visions’ aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the [12 months] preceding the claim. In no event will Mobile Visions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Visions, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, violation of law or infringement of third‑party rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
